WEI’s 2017 Green Medicine and Culinary Arts Herb Garden broke ground with spade,seed and transplants on Saturday
May 13, WEI’s Herb Field Day.  
The gathering included Masters Herbalism students studying with Gigi Stefne from Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine and Gigi’s new students in WEI’s Herbalism and Environmental Health Certificate Program.  Together they created a new herb garden at WEI’s Amador Hill Farm and Orchard.  This new garden is now growing  fiercely  and will  provide herbs for CSA boxes accompanied by recipes for remedies and culinary additions which we will include in our weekly CSA newsletter,
